At J’s Jazzy Jewels, we want every customer to feel confident and delighted with their purchase. If for any reason your jewelry isn’t the perfect fit, we’re here to help.
Returns
We offer a 7-day return window, starting from the date your order was delivered. We do not offer refunds--store credit only will be issued for approved returns.
To qualify for a return, your jewelry must be:

Unworn and unused

With original tags still attached

In the original packaging

Accompanied by proof of purchase (receipt or order confirmation)
How to Start a Return
To begin the return process, email us at Janet@jsjazzyjewelz21.com within 7 days of receiving your order. If your request is approved, you will be provided with instructions on where to send the package.
Please note:
Customers are responsible for return shipping and costs
We do not provide return labels.
Items sent back to us without an approved return request will not be accepted.
Damages & Issues
We carefully inspect each piece before shipping, but if your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us at Janet@jsjazzyjewelz21.com within 48 hours. We’ll evaluate the issue and work quickly to make it right.
Non-Returnable Items
For hygiene and custom-design reasons, certain jewelry pieces cannot be returned, including:

Need a different piece? The fastest way is to return your item first. Once your return is accepted, you can place a new order for the jewelry you want.
European Union Customers- 14 day Right of Withdrawal
If your order is shipped into the European Union, you can cancel or return your order within 14 days. However, store credit will be issued in place of a refund. Provided the jewelry is in its original condition, and items must still meet all eligibility conditions listed above.
Store Credit Processing
Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll notify you of the outcome. If approved, a store credit will be issued via email within 7 to 10 business days.
