Thank you for shopping with J’s Jazzy Jewelz! We want your experience to be smooth and sparkling from the moment you place your order to the moment it arrives. Please review our shipping policy below:

Processing Time

  • Orders are processed within 2–3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays).

  • You will receive a confirmation email once your order has been placed, and a shipping notification with tracking details once it has been shipped.

Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

  • Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and chosen delivery method.

  • Estimated delivery times:

    • Standard Shipping (U.S.): 5-8 business days after processing.

    • Express Shipping (U.S.): 1–3 business days after processing.

    • International Shipping: Delivery times vary by destination, typically 7–21 business days.

Please note: Delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed. Delays may occur due to carrier issues, weather, or customs processing.

Order Tracking

Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email with your tracking number. Please allow up to 24–48 hours for tracking information to update.

Shipping Restrictions

  • We currently ship within the United States and select international destinations.

  • Customers are responsible for providing the correct shipping address at checkout. We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.

Lost, Stolen, or Damaged Packages

  • Once an order is handed over to the carrier, J’s Jazzy Jewelz is not responsible for lost, stolen, or delayed packages.

  • If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at Janet@jsjazzyjewelz21.com with photos of the damage, and we’ll work with you on a solution.

International Shipping & Customs

For international orders, customers are responsible for any customs fees, import duties, or taxes that may apply. J’s Jazzy Jewelz is not responsible for delays caused by customs.
